Unreasonable and disconnected corporate office

Pros

Growth. There are decent design, business acquisition and land acquisition teams that are driving growth.

Cons

Everyone future is sacrificed in the name of short term growth. Unreasonable sales targets lead to compressed timetables that translate into quality and customer satisfaction issues. To make things worse, buyers are getting the "Comcast treatment" instead of working with them to quickly sort out their issues. It's a social media world and it's not only tarnishing the company's reputation but also tarnishes mine - maybe you don't care about it but I would like to build a long term referral business.

Empty promises

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Decent pipeline and attractive locations

Cons

Top to bottom, everyone is overpromising and under delivering. Expectations are often unreasonable and are due to either trying too hard to make a sale or cost cutting. Time, material and vendor constraints often result and less than satisfactory outcomes.
