As someone who has been in this industry all of my career I can say this place is top-notch. I've never had such an opportunity to be so creative in my ideas and see things I had only dreamed of doing in the past embraced and then executed. That comes from the kind of top leadership we have here that isn't easy to find in any industry. While we strongly believe in accountability and the importance of process, it all makes sense to continue to make this a home builder that is growing like a tech company. I don't of any other home builder out there with as much opportunity and I'm glad I'm here. As someone who loves bold ideas, new opportunities and the freedom to try new things, I know I've found the right fit for my career.

Cons

I think with any company facing crazy growth there are growing pains. There are the pains from the people who have been here forever and see the small company they know changing all around them - and there is not a day that goes by that we are all incredibly busy getting it all done. But I call that job security!
