Pros

They offer good benefits and high amount of PTO, the employees are super nice.

They force you to sit on camera all day, have call minimums, force you to control things that are not in your control, have glitchy computer systems, angry patients.

Stressful

Pros

Work from home oppurtunity was good but you only get a 30 min break

Cons

inbound and outbound calls to patients demanding payment for hospital bills. Some paid with no problems others become very upset that you are calling. The hardest part was trying to collect payment from those who were terminaly ill and or just in a tough spot not able to even pay rent let alone medical bills.
