Pros

Cornered medical waste market, they are constantly reviewing products. growth oriented

Cons

C-suite depends on middle management for information. Constant change and aggressive and unprofessional leadership leads. It's like high school but with preschoolers in middle management

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Not a good company to work for. The pay is low, the management sucks. The hours they give is not even enough to pay rent. The clients we take calls for, some are scams. The scamming ppl out their money, which is not right.

Pros

-Stericycle handed out overtime like candy so if that is what you're after then the job is perfect for you. -The call off policy was pretty lenient.

Cons

-Management was terrible. It was more of a "do what I say" and don't ask questions kind of thing even though they claimed that their door was always open if you needed to talk. -Work/life balance. The call center is 24 hours so if you don't mind working any day of the year, including holidays then I guess this isn't a con for you. When you first apply, they ask you to write down your availability. If for some reason you needed to change that then it was a huge issue and sometimes they'd deny your request to change your availability. You'd have to show proof that you actually couldn't work those shifts anymore. -Stressful job -The pay was terrible for the amount of stress. and the raises were a joke.
