None that I can think of. A paycheck?

Cons

Utterly stressful and toxic environment for staff. Firm talks a good game about transparency and inclusiveness, but is all for show. Upper management and mission statements change with the wind. Firm recently laid off many of its most senior and loyal staff members, then immediately boasted about its "modernity" in a press release to attract clients (while making rich partners even richer). Soulless.

Firm uses current software applications and has tools available to streamline workflow and get things done.

Cons

Money isn’t everything and you have to be happy with the people you work with. Unfortunately, the majority of senior members conduct themselves in a manner of poor character and resort to juvenile tactics to demean people. If you’re just starting out, this would be a great place to grab some experience and a paycheck but don’t offer any loyalty or attempt to show dedication to the firm because it will not be reciprocated. When it happens to you, because it will, don’t said you weren’t warned.

Cons

Privileged attitude of all attorneys. If you did not do the extra 3 years of school, you are nothing.
