Pros

Nice professional environment with great peers. Because they are a national firm the salaries CAN BE a little more competitive than some of the local firms (depending on which office you are in).

Cons

Company is moving away from an environment where they care and value the individual employees and is more focused on putting money in the partners pockets at the expense of the employees. It is becoming more difficult being able to trust anything they are telling you. They pay for the employees insurance but the cost to cover their family is outrageous.

Pros

Smart people, a good work environment, free soda/coffee, sometimes a raffle for Moda Center box seats, most people have been in their positions 5+ years some 30+, really a great place.

Cons

Limited raises make it hard not to look for greener pastures. While I haven't found any greener ones they are definitely getting fertilized elsewhere.
