some nice people in support roles

Cons

They let attorneys that are literally breaking employment laws flourish. I am surprised that they are not sued by their employees on a daily basis. Don't expect any respect if you are a staff member. I still have PTSD from working there.

Pros

Firm is committed to being cutting edge. Executives listen to good ideas and are willing to adopt them. Good work life balance. Employees who are hired are trusted to do their job and for their expertise. Collaboration between employees is excellent; this means that even executive decisions are never out on a limb. Everyone is in it together, and the mantra is constant improvement rather than blame. Firm does a decent job of employee appreciation, especially themed events and food.

Cons

Help Desk is inefficient. Third parties employed by firm make less money with worse benefits. There are more responsibilities and expectations then time (although executives are still realistic despite impossible workload on paper). Systems used by firm are disjointed. Data appears certain way in one system, and a different way in each of the others. Making change happen is possible but extremely slow... often takes months.

Cons

Likely the biggest name in town, which the firm rides. Hard. It does things that look great on paper, but have little real substantive effect.
