Pros

The company has good products and has been in the global market for long time.

Cons

In the last few years, after the change of the regional and local management in the middle east region, the company culture has transformed into a biased and unhealthy work environment with negative and hostile behaviour from the management including staff bullying, discrimination, and exclusion. Team members are treated unfairly based mainly on their nationality. People are hired, promoted and supported only if they carry the same nationality of the regional director and the local manager. If you are not part of their small circle, then no matter how talented you are, or how hard you work, you have no chance to grow in the company. The regional HR team is aware of this situation; however, they choose to look the other way.

Pros

Remote work is great, the teams are very helpful and just a click away. Management has done a lot lately to improve communication and transparency.

Cons

The pay is terrible, among the lowest in the industry. There are no pay increases for seniority or inflation, the only way to make more is to get promoted but then you're still stuck at that pay. You won't get promoted past Senior Supervisor. You could move into training or recruitment but the pay scales there are the same. You'll work with a hodgepodge of tools both in-house and 3rd-party, constantly fiddling to get them to work together correctly.

Pros

Remote work. Fast and paid training.

Cons

Insecure/toxic washed out superiors that bring personal matters or opinion into workplace. QA metrics and call routing managed by superiors. Low pay, high demand. Outdated and grotesque communication tools. Favors the word or request of managed partner over employees. Not enough inside employee support.
