Pros

Nice co-workers, most supervisor I have come into contact with try real hard to be there for you.

Cons

The customers you will be serving, are some of the worst people that have ever existed. They’ll call you all sorts of names, berate your job, and are just generally rude. There are some nice people, but for every One nice person you get, you get Five plus child-like adults who will say things to you that would make a sailor become offended... You are not allowed to hang up on them. You must take the abuse. Support.com clients DO NOT CARE and neither does Support.com, about your mental health. The new CEO is going to run the company into the ground, take his pay, and then leave. I have zero faith in Lance. Some supervisors will belittle you and treat you like a robot. You get enough abuse from the customers to get constant negatives from the uppers also, including the nice supervisors. You hit all their QA marks in the calls and they still berate you for not being perfect, which.. QA.. is something they can never decide on how you can be "perfect" in managements eyes. Oh and Lance is going to run the company into the ground and does NOT care about the company or the employees at all. The last CEO wasn't the best but at least he was trying to make Support.com it's own thing with their in house "Tech Solutions" so Support.com didn't have to depend on Clients anymore.

Pros

The company was recently sold, jettisoned its biggest client, and is reinventing itself. So fat, things seem to be working and no one is getting laid off. If the plan work, everyone should benefit.

Cons

There is a lot of stress and uncertainty. Communication with rank and file employees is awful.
