      Pros

      I've worked with some really good talented people here. One of the reasons I decided to join is the hiring process. It was really gruelling, and at the end of it you will feel that you'll be working with good talent. Even now, it is very difficult to get into Support.com. They've kind of maintained the bar high. Good culture, pay is decent, average work pressure. In every organisation, there will be good and bad people. Luckily the ratio is very good at Support.com. Even the counterparts in RWC, California are a great team.

      Cons

      Sometimes (very rarely, maybe once or twice a year) the work pressure is too much.

      One of the places where People are valued. Flexible timings, Encouraged to have worklife balance. Good compensation, benefits and perks Well defined career opportunities Very good work culture and a Lot of fun activities

      There was a time when things started looking downhill. But all is handled well. As an effect of the above, Too many changes in the leadership. Considering fast paced releases, Work pressure.
