Pros

The atmosphere of the company is very open. The work environment is great. The people at this place are incredible and fun loving. Good place to work!

Cons

Sometimes the work gets too stressful, but such time are by far. So, as with any job, this is cool.

Pros

The goals of Support.com are well defined, and everything they do is focused on reaching and exceeding those goals. Support.com has a vision and is very organized in their realization of those goals. Well defined work process and work flow. Excellent training process. Good benefits and 401k Work at home.

Cons

Working at home can sometimes strain the employee relationships, it's hard to make friends out of coworkers when you never see a face.

Pros

Work from home, benefits, decent pay team has good relationship with each other. Mostly positive experience besides the bad customers.

Cons

No reasonable pay raises. Other than that i was reasonably satisfied with support soft even though I felt no hope of promotion.
