Honestly, everything else. They're pay isn't competitive, their review process is horrible. Most importantly they have the wrong senior leadership staff in place. Unfortunately in those positions it is a constant revolving door and as soon as a new senior leader is hired they want to change things to do it "their way". Every two - three years there is an overhaul which makes it hard to be successful. I don't see them changing their ways, every talented person I've met has left because of the culture.

Upper management is harsh and creates a toxic environment in which to work. There is very little respect or encouragement for original ideas. There ia a lot of micromanagement and negative chatter throughout the office. Hardly any chance for advancement. Very little chance for professional development. Also, nearly everything is presented like an emergency. There is no respect for work-life balance because even though they failed to inform you of a project that needed to be done in a timely manner, you are expected to complete it immediately regardless of anything else going on either as part of your job or part of your life.
