I would like to raise this concern to the people whose InCharge. Part of our benefits is the additional 1 HMO for our dependents and our HMO process needs to change and be more accountable in providing the benefits of every employee who are confirmed employees (6 months tenurity) Intellicare doesn't advise new employees how, where and who to reach out to update any form or process to enroll their dependents for the +1 HMO benefits of each Sutherland confirmed employees. This is very important to us, safety for our dependents and assurance that they have back up HMO for emergencies. I hope our beloved CEO get this message. Thank you
