Working at Suvoda is challenging, exciting, and something new every day. It is a very interesting time to be a part of the clinical trial industry amidst covid-19 and it has been very exciting to work for a company that has seized new opportunities to help streamline these trials. Throughout the pandemic, wildfires on the West Coast, and BLM movement the company has offered support and flexibility for all of their employees across our different office locations. Upper management also keeps the whole company informed of our growth, financial status, and answers any questions transparently at our monthly company meetings which is knowledge that makes everyone feel in the loop and part of the team. Additionally, there is exponential room for growth, flexible work from home, and ample time off.
Cons
It is a huge learning curve to learn the Suvoda technologies and work with such technical material every day, but if you're willing to put in the work it is worth it!
