Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you appreciate our people-first focus and the impact of our dedicated managers. At SPA, we emphasis the inputs in order to achieve our desired outputs. That’s why we continually strive to provide employees with a supportive and growth-oriented environment and to internally grow leadership through developmental programs such as our APM/PM bootcamps and LEAD Manage cohorts. We also recognize that our recent growth may have led to some changes or challenges, such as teams being more spread out. To combat this, leadership has put much thought and investment into providing a consistent experience and seamless workflows to SPA employees across the breadth of our locations. This includes ongoing initiatives such as our transition to enterprise-level data management as well as our efforts to make all SPA office spaces uniform. We remain steadfastly committed to empowering our employees and managers regardless of location or team structure. Thank you again for your review! And we encourage you to continue to share specific feedback with your management.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a people-first company, it’s pleasing to hear that you appreciated our efforts to promote accessible org structures, approachable leaders, and a supportive workplace. We encourage you to continue to monitor our recently revamped SPA careers site (spa.com/careers) to view our open positions – we love welcoming back SPA alumni! While we understand that it's normal to desire a higher salary, we would like to note that Leadership regularly performs extensive internal and external benchmarking as part of our compensation strategy and we promote parity within our business that aligns with the industry and market. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoy the growth potential, flexible work schedule, and great leadership you're experiencing at SPA. Offering employees autonomy in their work schedules and providing resources to aid career growth remain key initiatives and differentiators for SPA. Through our recently stood-up Center for Development, employees are able to take career-focused courses through the Learning Management System, OpenSesame, as well as participate in a number of leadership developmental programs including SPA Grow, LEAD Manage, APM/PM Bootcamp, and our mentorship program. We encourage you to continue to explore the Center for Development page on Nexus to ensure you’re taking advantage of all developmental offerings. We also understand the importance of clearly defined direction when it comes to career trajectory. That’s why Leadership and our Learning & Development teams have worked tirelessly over the past year to further define career tracks and promote parity across career levels, including providing breakdowns of the leadership competencies, experience, and skills associated with each level of seniority. We encourage you again to review the Center for Development page on Nexus to access helpful materials related to career paths. Thank you again for sharing your feedback! Please feel free to engage with your management for further guidance related to career levels.
