A lot of job autonomy; global company with good focus on diversity and inclusion; pay is very good; low tolerance for work place drama; if you do a good job at something, you are quickly recognized and good opportunity for moving up if you excel at something.

Cons

Needs more diversity in all management levels; could be more bold and creative in strategic plans; needs to be more nimble and dynamic overall.
