Great company but still rooms to improve

Pros

- Competitive salary - Strong leadership from global headquarter - Good working-life balance - A place to learn systematic management approach - Most of the colleagues are professional and friendly

Cons

- inconsistent talent strategy while selecting the successors and replacement - Limited room to be promoted - Too many political works - Unstable organization structure (just like most of the western companies)

Smart people with flexible working hours and competitive pay

Pros

- pay is above industry average - people are very smart around you - good place to learn not only how to get things done but also the right approach for analyzing issues - respect to strategy though it's a sales-driven company - flexible working hours; you can feel free to home office if any - clear instruction from line managers & key stakeholders. making you easy to handle your job

Cons

- not that free for employees to think out of box since TE has it's own existing approach to deal with tasks - alignment among different BUs is not good. which means you need to take more time to cover the political issues - TE is a big company, which is moving slowly. if you're looking for somewhere very agile to apply every employee's skill, TE is not the right place
