Pros
Decent Pay. Benefits average when compared to other $14B companies. 3yr 401(k) vesting period.
Cons
Unprofessional treatment of employees. Nepotism and favoritism on good assignments, project is rampant esp. in DnD. They talk a big game with respect to top line growth, profit pools etc, unfortunately decision making is political and back stabbing is rampant. Promotions and decision making is random with no feedback or follow through. Most employees that are not the selected ones are looking for their next opportunity. Diversity is certain locations and groups is non existent ( Data Devices)
