Stable full time income. There are some great people and supervisors. They did have a workable point system.

Cons

EVERYTHING.... Unfortunatly you are looked at as replaceable. I worked for the company twice, The first time I was terminated because of points. I had been in a major car accident that i was hospitalized over night from. I had call three time and talked to two different supervisors and let them know, but because I hadn't called the "call off line" it was considered a no call no show. when I went to hr about it they asked if i had been on medication at the hospital. when i answered no, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I was 5 months pregnant!

Great pay Training program is good can be better

Cons

Makes you feel like a child and your an adult thats how low than can make you. If you think your doing good don't because its NEVER good enough High turnover rate! Management is okay but can let up on supervisor of teams...pressure on them puts pressure on the agents ACTUALLY talking to the customers
