Pros

The training is paid and there is a lot of exposure to the leadership as well. Teleperformance has a lot of accounts and thus is always in business.

Cons

The training might get too boring at times as the trainers train the old school way. Besides they need to improve their computer systems to allow run time experience.

Pros

nice people (at advisor level), had fun days and charity events. Also was given a PDP to work on to self develop myself within the business although this was mainly pushed by own TM who was a rare asset to the business, training was great and fun too.

Cons

Terrible pay. Long hours. The PDP plan involved me working 40 hours a week of my own shifts with zero development on anti social shifts then commiting an extra 15 hours on average of my personal time which was all unpaid in order to learn management systems.
