Pros

Great multicultural ambient. New offices and some benefit or activity.

Cons

Strict policy just for employee that can change in a second if it is against what your superior is saying. No human respect of any kind, zero company loyalty consideration (if you they need you that month good, if not you can go). Not fair salry, high volume call countries are working more for same money of the rest of the colleague.

You are expected to learn system specific information and the product for which you are providing customer service for. They actually test you and if you fail you could be let go.
