Pros

I am on a permanent home based contract, all needed equipment is provided by TP, but I'm still able to be fully engaged with my team.

Cons

30 minute lunch break. Even though I work from home & the kitchen is less than a minute's walk from my office, I seem to struggle to make lunch & eat it within 30 minutes.
