Pros

Flexible hours to deal with personal needs as well. Interacting people from different cultures. Secure pay. Benefit time available to use right away. Have a secure job always. Equipment provided. Opportunity to grow.

Cons

Low compensation compared to other call centers.

Working from home Nobody watching over me Helping others

Cons

Pay could be a little better Raises should be given for recognition, not just throw us .25 cents a year. There is no more claim limit, so some calls are way too long due to that.
