Pros

Teleperformance offers a competitive salary compared to similar roles in the market. One of the standout benefits is the onboarding process—they provide 1–2 months of paid training, which helps you properly understand the role before being fully evaluated. Additionally, the work schedule is a big advantage since weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are typically off, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Cons

The work environment can feel somewhat rigid, similar to a school system, where processes and rules are strictly followed. Career growth may depend not only on performance but also on alignment with management, which can be more noticeable here than in other companies. The role is office-based, which might not suit those looking for remote flexibility. Also, there were instances where bonuses were unclear or not consistently explained, which can create some frustration.

Worst Place to Work

Pros

I don't think there are any.

Cons

Constant micromanaging, low salary, no real mental health protection. They offer career opportunities but then use every excuse in the book to prevent you from moving forward. They do not respect local labor laws. Supervisors will text you on your days off because "they forgot you were off"; they don't respect your days off, vacations, holidays, medical leaves. Supervisors will also harass you for being sick and decide unilaterally to change you to a different team because of it. It is a poopy company were employees are mistreated, bosses will be loud, yell at and talk over employees. They rather pay fines constantly than treating employees fairly, and if you sue for wrongful termination the lawyers will try to intimidate you and eventually cave and come to an agreement right before going to court.
