Good for a beginning, not for the long run
Pros
Multicultural working environment, possible to move between projects and internal positions especially if the employee performance is good. Good for a start, salary is never late. Met great people and had the chance to interact with colleagues from many countries and different backgrounds. Would recommend to a friend only at the beginning of a working career.
Cons
Micromanagement at all levels, when working from the premises you might be even get punished (lose part of bonus) if you exceed the break time even for 1 minute (considered overbreak). You might be working for many years in the company and there's no salary raise. The salary itself is not satisfying. Projects may end suddenly often at short notice, leading to non desired reassignments. Poor communication, constant stress over reaching very demanding KPIs and targets. Permanent contracts are rare. They most often renew you with fixed short term contracts which is so unstable.
