Pay was not high enough and sometimes the clients of the campaign tried to micromanage us and change metrics without even knowing the workflow.

Toxic Team leads Toxic environment Toxic work hours - bio breaks are included in planned lunch breaks (be serious here, I or no one can control nature's call, right?) Incredibly sexist teammates with zero accountability Biased against female employees
