Pros

You are able to work from home. Paid training.

Cons

The company pushes you out on live calls when you are not fully ready or prepared. The training is rushed. The project that I participated in was Bank of the West. It was great helping people with questions regarding their accounts, however some of the calls were hostile and rude. Who wants to keep working at a job were you are being cussed out and verbally assaulted on a day to day basis. When you tell a team lead, they brush the problem off. Another issue is that one of the team leads had an attitude all of the time. The pay was low. I took on extra hours and my pay became lower. My pay couldn't even make the $500 mark. How do you get paid more in training, then you do in live calls? Another issue is that they wouldn't hardly put enough agents on the busiest days which are Saturdays, which means all of the pressure and stress is going towards the few agents that are working. Last but not least, the audio for the bank of the west side was horrendous. We had to take calls with static and sometimes the sound was so bad, that the callers would say "I can't hear you, can you call me back"? "Your breaking up". They have all of these metrics and expectations of you, but yet the sound issues on their end wasn't fixed.

Pros

As an @Home agent, I've found TeleTech to be a perfect fit for me. You're more than just an employee number! The company is truly committed to the success of its employees. I really enjoy the diverse culture and my interactions with my co-workers on a daily basis. I feel like I make a difference every day!

Cons

There could be some improvements in communication. Otherwise, I am completely and enthusiastically impressed!!!
