      Pros

      Easy application progress and get to start fast, ince you are hired there is no hard part to see if you will start pretty much a guaranteed position

      Cons

      Dont know schedule until after training, what you apply for is not necessarily what you will be working for. They pick it out for you basically

      The trainings are paid. Can work from home without dress code

      It's a great boot camp for young, entry level employees

      Pros

      Room for professional growth, management is fair (depending on location), steady work in otherwise economically depressed areas. Major focus on internal training.

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism is prevalent (in regards to promotions, sub-par pay (but it's better than nothing), HC (human capital - note, not human resources/HR) is almost completely offsite and handled offshore, local salaried staff has zero work/life balance. Relies heavily on seasonal employees, which reduces the morale of those supporting important projects due to zero benefits (ie: PTO, basic health insurance). Vending options for break rooms are unrealistic for those that do not have credit/debit cards and encourages theft; company doesn't even offer free coffee (which doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is to the majority of employees - just one of those "little things" that improves every day morale amongst the masses).
