Company acts as a scam. No positives to that.

Cons

Company acts as a scam. Asks for all of your personal data. Makes you buy expensive thumb drive and then tells you that you didn't pass their tech test after giving all of your personal data. Beware. They will hire you and also change your start date multiple times, creating confusion after you have bought expensive equipment. Warning to those seeking workfromhome with this company. There is no number to speak with HR just chat and email. Just a bunch of seasonal positions.

Pros

Worked 2 projects. First @ home project was very disorganized and almost impossible to get support or questions answered to assist customers. Second project was the complete opposite. Very professional support people that went out of their way to assist you. Sad to see this job end.

Cons

Very regimented, almost like a military operation that created a stressful environment. You were expected to constantly keep up with changes and be flexible while the Company was always rigid.
