TVH Parts Co. reviews

(perhaps because of its rapid growth) The company lacks consistency in every aspect customers and employees feel it just the same. Do not expect to get more if you work more. They will get as much out of you as possible with (Maybe) a thank you, depending on your supervisor/manager. TVH is not family oriented, it does not have any paid FMLA or paid maternity leave, very contradictory when the CEO is a woman and mother. Promotions seem not to be based on merit and they baffle employees on a regular basis. I have gotten very rude emails(or action items) and heard constant complaints from co-workers about some one then literally a day later we are all left staring at his or her promotion announcement e-mail. The disconnect between the top and the bottom is too great and you are clearly viewed as a second class citizen. Turn over is extremely high in all departments but especially in International and marketing. The company launched an employee survey this year to try to help, it has been six months and it has not been discussed. In my department, our manager has had 5 people quit in less than 2 years (our department is 10 people strong...you do the math) and has never asked any of us what can be done to improve. In spite of it's tremendous growth and huge profits, yearly raises will not even cover yearly inflation rate but we do get stale burgers and flavorless waffles once a year and this year, ice cream on Belgium's independence day.
