Pros

It is a very relaxed work environment without the seemingly "uptight" culture you will come across with many companies. The company does a very good job in integrating departments across the company. Very profitable (aka job security). Employee appreciation supersedes many other companies as well.

Cons

Formal training is severely lacking.
