Thank you for your valuable feedback. We totally agree on the importance of Case Managers and the critical role they play in supporting therapists, counselors and social workers. We are working very closely with local universities through internships and graduate placements to recruit and retain quality Case Managers. We also have added additional training and support for staff working in these critical roles. Many of our licensed clinicians have made successful, long-term careers here at Talbert House. Others leave the agency for additional experience in other areas and then return. Thank you for the work you do serving our community!

Pros

Great exposure, Learned a lot, and you have the ability to impact change.

Cons

The only Con is that I along with most of the other leaders were overworked and there was not much opportunity to delegate because we all were overwhelmed at times.

Pros

CEUs can be completed online, team of therapists was great, decent work hours.

Cons

Health insurance doesn't cover medications, pay is lowest in Cincinnati even with a yearly bonus, management needs to be wiped out and new people need to come on board. Clinical supervision is as steady as management (not steady).
