Pros

The mission, the people and the leadership. Our leaders do everything they can to support our staff so that they can care of our clients and the community. We are a not-for-profit agency and still we are able to offer a competitive wage and benefits package, and a great career with lots of opportunity to advance. Our leaders work hard to be as flexible and supportive as possible for our staff and recognize them for their contributions. In spite of limited funds, our managers keep the doors open and keep the services available to people all over Greater Cincinnati. We work hard, but it is so worth it and I am so proud of what we do to help others.

Cons

The only downside is some people who don't understand that this is a charitable, health and human services agency and that our job is to serve others and care for those in need in our community.
