Pros

Great team of people, constantly engaged, help always available if you need it, a leadership team that truly cares both about you personally and your growth professionally, competitive environment, team members who are encouraging and hold you accountable to meet your goals, always excitement and energy in the office

Cons

Staffing Managers run full desks, and there is a lot of administrative work involved that you're responsible for

Pros

The environment at TalentBridge is extremely professional and sharp, yet fun and lively at the same time, which is a rare combination! They provide excellent training to ensure each employee has a valid opportunity to be successful.

Cons

The benefits are expensive, but that is increasingly common these days.

This company has passion for people! The recruiters work very hard to make each candidate a priority. The leadership team works hand in hand every day to support the company and will jump in at any time to help. Talent Bridge is high touch in every aspect. Compensation is based on effort and individual success. If you want to be successful at Talent Bridge the leadership team will work with you to make sure you achieve your goals. I'm proud to work at this company! I'm supported to be the very best that I can be every single day!

Cons

The work never ends. You have to be ok with a "to do" list that's never done. There will always be another candidate; another resume or another job order. You have to know when to walk away.

We are fortunate to have a lot of opportunities in the market and there certainly is never enough time in the day to get it all done. Part of our senior leadership plan is to open up more dialog with those closest to the business to find ways to make things better!!
