Excellent training, truly caring, friendly people. Very nice office. Great learning environment. The only place I would recommend to anyone who really wants to get in the business and learn about how it works.

Cons

With any recruiting position there is a flux in activity, but if you are a good recruiter, you will handle it fine.

Nice office as far as the way it looks

too many-have witnessed a coworker berated out in the "bull pen", can't trust anyone. This is the typical situation where the joke is where one person is shown around and interviewed and everything is like heaven, then you start your job and it's hell.. because you were being recruited but now you work there. so welcome! There are other firms out there if you are thinking of making a change or they are trying to get you to come work here. do you research, turnover is HIGH for a reason

We have had minimal turnover, significantly less than the industry average, and welcome discussions with all our employees. We are not perfect, but believe we ARE the premier staffing and search organization in Charlotte.

Pros

Learned life lessons on how to work with difficult people.

Cons

Long hours with guilt trips if you need time off. You can not trust your coworkers or anyone in the office. Hostile work environment lawsuit waiting to happen. Screaming and cursing in the office is a norm and will be directed at you in front of your coworkers. Not at all what I expected.

Thank you for your response. We can't please all the people all the time. Honesty and integrity are core to our business and in 14 years we guard this jealously. We have the longest tenured staff in Charlotte, offer benefits that are in the 75th percentile and have been part of the Fast 50 for 5 consecutive years. Our talent would not remain if this were the case. Performers are rewarded and find tremendous success, but agency recruiting is not for everyone and we believe everyone who has left our firm has been treated fairly, given equal opportunity and best in class training, but it's on them to make their success. We wish nothing but the best for those who choose to no longer be a part of our organization.
