Simply the best agency in Charlotte.

Pros

This is a company that values their employees, clients and staff. There is never a perfect situation, but the company works hard to appreciate the relationships and works hard to exceed expectations. They are responsive to clients and candidates and have proved themselves in Charlotte for over 10 years.

Cons

They can't please all the people all the time, but have partners that accept calls and there will always be critics that have negative things to say.

Fraudulent Reporting/Liars

Pros

None. Worst temp company I've ever worked for. Extremely unprofessional. Worked for Lash Group in a racist cultural environment.

Cons

Talent Bridge practices fraudulent reporting to government entities. When a work assignment comes to an end they will report that you still work for them so that you will not be eligible for Unemployment Compensation although they are not paying you. Only temp company I ever had do this.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry you had this negative experience. By law we are required to report if you are eligible for rehire with Talent Bridge. By your comment it appears you must have performed very well in your role because we reported you would be eligible for rehire with Talent Bridge. I am happy to discuss this with you personally if you feel we have reported your status incorrectly. I am unaware as to how the ESC handles this type of information in determining eligibility. Pros

Great reputation- clients love the temps. Some of internal temp staffing managers are amazing in what they do. And they have/had several excellent recrutiers. The pay is decent.

Cons

You can not trust anyone. A terrible place to work. "A gossip mecca" The owner plays favorites (even to non preformers) and humiliates good employees in the weekly staff meetings. Owner treats his partners like crap in front of the whole office- and they are the nice guys! Owner seems to be manic/depressive. He will walk away from you in the middle of a converstaion. He loves to hear himself talk and often makes no sense at all and goes off o wild tangents.

Thank you for your review. We try to make each day a bit better and we know we can't please all the people all the time. We have the longest tenured staff in Charlotte, offer benefits that are in the 75th percentile and have been part of the Fast 50 for 5 consecutive years. Our talent would not remain if this were the case. The founding partners and senior leadership are actively involved in the business and performers are rewarded and find tremendous success, but agency recruiting is not for everyone and we believe everyone who has left our firm has been treated fairly, given equal opportunity and best in class training, but it's on them to make their success. We wish nothing but the best for those who choose to no longer be a part of our organization.
