Pros

There were a couple of really great managers and leadership that I will always appreciate and have respect for. It was a great experience being able to work from home and help patients get their initial appointment.

Cons

This company, as of today, furloughed over 100 employees in order to outsource our job roles to a call center in Columbia. They gave us no warning, lied to us that everything was ok and then we just woke up to revoked access and an email of what had happened. Their main goals has always been saving cost where they can and to keep numbers up patient wise. If they truly cared about quality they wouldn't have given our jobs to a group that has continuously made errors even when the ones who were trying to train them, were the ones who got sacrificed. Backwards business, not ideal to work for.

Reorganizations are incredibly difficult. While the decision may seem abrupt, please know that decisions like this one are carefully considered over months to gauge impact and search out alternatives. It’s hard news to deliver and we’re committed to helping those affected to the best of our ability during the transition.

Pros

Free health insurance and nothing else.

Cons

I could write a novel. First off, the training is a disaster and run by managers who already have too much on their plate. I had to pester my manager for her to give me my permanent schedule and wasn't told until the Friday before I was supposed to start working it. Even during my first little bit out of training I was switched teams every single day, had to have my schedule adjusted due to an error on their part, and wasn't given clear directions because my job title was changed every day. I was also told many things in my interview that turned out to be false and no one seems to care that I was lied to in order to be convinced to take the job. I've worked at a lot of start ups and this one is by far the worst in terms of structure, organization, and sharing of information. They also just had a round of layoffs while they are still actively hiring.

Pros

Nice office space, and medical benefits starts first day

Cons

During the interview i was told the hours would be 9-5 Mon-Fri and hybrid option after 3 months , during training was told I’d have to work weekends and until 8pm. Remote work also wasn’t offered until the manager “said so”. The training was also all over the place, hard to grasp everything when the way of teaching was kind of scattered. Also felt like they threw all us new hires on the phone system way too soon.
