Pros

Unique and advanced insulin pump technology

Cons

Power-tripping is no way for anyone, regardless of title, to act and is not how you gain respect or trust and is unprofessional. Specific issues of perceived harassment and bias were communicated to HR and my impression was they did not seem to take it as seriously as they should have and their "apology" did not seem genuine. I cannot recommend working here. It is extremely cliquey and management is part of the problem.

Micromanagement Culture with Toxic Personalities

Micro-management is explicitly stated as being okay because people work remotely and is championed by upper and middle management. Leadership's concept of remote work clearly comes from a place without any experience of what is required to make it successful. Communication on business requirements and needs is generally poor between people and departments. Lack of content or tool expertise from some individuals in technical management roles. Some people will divert topics or facts to point blame in other directions, regardless of facts or documentation provided Base pay could have been better. RSUs are not worth enough to make up for that.

Micromanagement and passive aggressiveness at its finest

Nice break room Good innovative product

Cons

Leadership does not listen and coworkers are passive aggressive like supervisors when it comes to asking for help. Huge learning curve in a short amount of time. Not fair for patients to have terrible service.
