Pros

Great if you are Team Lead or higher.

Cons

Frustratingly depressing if you aren't Team Lead or higher.

Pros

Everyone was friendly and helpful with learning. It was a good place to earn some money when I was finishing up college. The diverse work found in the backroom meant that it never really got boring and as repetitive as some of the other areas in the store.

Cons

Just the lack of pay and hours once the holiday season was over with. I was only getting 18-20 hours a week on average.

Pros

- management is responsive and seem on the ball; very reasonable and common sense oriented - motivation through incentives and praise, promoting a positive, stress-free environment - co-workers are down to earth, fun and friendly - excellent branding/marketing strategies by upper management; the store has a great image

Cons

- the pay / raise amounts given (yearly) are quite low from what I've seen (1yr) - there is a lapse in communication between people/departments that could very easily be solved with some critical thinking and communication; some of these simple, easy changes would lead to much more efficiency
