Pros

Pretty laid back behind the scenes. Easy, repetitive, not really boring because there is always something you could be doing. Co-workers are very diverse

Cons

People that have worked there for a long time are sometimes disrespectful. Lack of communication in on the job training. Had three separate "Handlers" throughout training.

Pros

Benefits. Point blank and simple. Most Target employees will tell you that the reason that they stay at Target is because of the Medical, Dental, and Eye insurance and the 401k

Cons

If target isn't making its quota on sales then its time to look for a second job because you will not have enough hours to support yourself on your own.
