Pros

If your a hard worker and are flexable youll get 40 hours a week pretty much all the time. It has a great sales floor/backroom system amking the job easy.

Cons

If your a hard worker they dont want to promote you. Its all about polotics. The more you stand around and bs with everyone the better chance you have to promote.
