Target Front End Cashier reviews

As the others said you are expected to clean your zone before leaving which is impossible if they do not schedule the right amount of people!!! Which the never do how is that to get done. Management claimed they could not put more people on the schedule but still they would hire more people??? Management have Zero people skills they would talk down to us like we were roaches!! Not a good company to work for stay away from them unless you like getting beaten up on a daily basis. If you are not on the schedule then they will call you to come in (the people on the schedule do not show up) and expect you to drop whatever you are doing and come into work?? No work-family life balance at all. High turn around rate too much favoritism for white employees!! Truth

not enough hours to go around, not enough help on the floor, always asking the floor people to go cashier when they are needed more on the floor to help our guests with whatever they need. no room to grow if you've been there for years.
