Pros

Consistent Tasks Good for Extroverted people Supportive leaders, and no really toxic requests

Cons

Selling red cards can be a pain and lead to some incredibly awkward exchanges. A lot of the time you are understaffed and if lines back up it can be hard some times to get people on the register due to it being looked at as a "menial" job that bores a lot of people

Pros

Absolutely loved my team and my peers when working. Decent pay and education benefits for being part-time.

Cons

Management will not really be of help, and will kind of just sit in the office unless there's an emergency or are required to be out and about, also unless you get a good leadership team that supports the store. Hours and work. They provide little support when they schedule literal skeletons for opening and closing. Plus, deciding to cut hours for everyone (except leadership) and schedule a small handful of workers a day to work long shifts with no support, forcing us to call other departments for help, then complain as to why we can't function or get all our work done properly. Also, pay raises/increases are little to nothing, with the average worker getting less than a $0.25 raise a year.
