Pros
Honestly, I am inspired and excited to come to work here. It is so surprising to me how great a company can actually be. The amount of time we spend developing our people, giving back, and moving the brand forward is incredible. Upper leadership clearly stays involved and understands what is going on. You have as much visibility to leadership as you want including personal one to one’s up to the CEO. The work is hard, you will always be busy, you will be challenged, but that’s why they call it work. You have to be a hard worker with an open mind and great bedside manor to do well here.
Cons
Our systems need some work. We spend too much time trying to figure out the best report or which tool to use. We need to get our internal tech tools smarter and faster so we have the data at our fingertips.
