It's like a typical call center environment, honestly. It feels like high school. What probably bothers me the most is that the OM's aren't really willing to work with you regarding personal issues. And that also shows a lot of the favoritism. Certain people don't get points documented for whatever reason. Some can get whatever they want just by asking, others are pretty much told "too bad". Once you get a schedule, you are stuck no matter what unless you can find someone to trade with you and if you have an ugly schedule then good luck trying to get a better one. They usually will say things are "coming" and months later there's no change. There's people who come to work sick because there's no sick time and they can't afford to get any points. Management is never on the same page and they never take ownership. You can get in trouble based on 'word of mouth' whether it's true or not. While there can be room for advancement, there's not much at all. Parking is terrible. I'm pretty sure I'm missing some stuff but these are the main issues. I'm sure the grid is doing great.
