Good intent/attempt of trying to create a different work culture and decent benefits . Great for people just entering the workforce since they will usually not know any better.

Cons

Extremely convoluted attendance policy. Too many unprofessional employees; seems anyone can be hired as long as you have a pulse!

For fresh graduate it is a wise decision to start here, since the company offer really stress-free environment. Nonetheless, you become unlucky and be part of a toxic cluster / poor operation management.

Cons

Low basic salary without any tenured teammates loyalty programs.

Cons

The environment doesn't promote professionalism. There's heavy favoritism if you're a part of a certain 'colorful' community. If not than too bad. Its like a giant high school.
