management is so bias that even if you passed the metrics the final review that the operations manager will give you is 1 so you would fail and even when you got bullied your team lead will shrug it off because the team member who bullied you is her teachers pet

Unprofessional HR and management. They fire people that they want to fire for personal reasons with the excuse about the downsize of project even if the employees demonstrated good results on their KPI. After they have fired whoever they wanted to fire the project is not closing more
