Everything iss great for frontline employees. They're treated very well as long as they're doing well.

Cons

Favoritism was a big problem. If you dress like the CEO and talk a good game, you don't need to do much of anything, including your job. Just have someone below you do it and take credit. If you talk a good game and can back it up in numbers, you can treat people however you want and HR won't bat an eye.
