The culture of frontline first is not just a slogan printed on the wall. They live it... Everyday! Plus the Human Project. The only one in the PH if not globally. The way the company handled the pandemic situation is really beyond expectations.

Cons

Salary is not as competitive as the other BPOs.

Love the company culture. Radical candor being utilized at its best to save time and not sugar coat it all the time.

Cons

Some new hires are not filtered properly if they are culturally appropriate. Some hires bring their old habits and try to poison the culture.
