My stay in TaskUs has been one of my best experiences in the BPO industry. TaskUs offers competitive packages, benefits, incentives, and their culture is unlike any other BPO companies. The people working with TaskUs, starting from top management down to rank and file employees are very approachable. You get to talk to your managers, your supervisors, and even people from other departments without getting the feeling of intimidation. Stress? What Stress? The workload is challenging and not boring at all, it may get difficult at times but you get to work with amazing team mates and supervisors who will always have your back. The managers make sure to do what it takes to give the employees under them a fair work and life balance.
TaskUs Inc. is a complete package if you are looking for a place where you want to have fun while working. A clean, lively, and work conducive work place with state of the art facilities; events that are hosted to let its employees unwind; recreation areas where the employees can relax while on their breaks. I mean, what else can you ask for? This is definitely the place to be.
One more thing, where can you find a CEO who not only interacts with the employees of his company but thanks them one by one in person for doing a great job. And no, i'm not exaggerating.
Cons
TaskUs is a growing company and definitely a lot younger than other outsourcing companies in the Philippines, hence there will always be room for improvement. They may have their lapses but TaskUs makes sure to address each and every concern of its employees.
